The team did an amazing job and our home now feels like a brand new one! Initially, we requested a quote for external house painting, siding removal, back deck installation with sliding door, replacing a large picture window, and retaining wall repair. EHR provided us with a quote for all these projects in phases and was prompt in their response. We did our due diligence and spoke to our neighbor who had worked with EHR and highly recommended them. We decided to hire EHR, and they first started by installing a French Drain for the retaining wall in December. This took three full days due to the rain. The project for the sliding door, window, and deck took over a week, and house painting took about 5-6 days, while touch-ups and clean-up took around two days. Since the project had multiple components, it was not completed consecutively due to weather conditions and product ordering time. We took our time in selecting the door and window, house paint colors, and decking material and ultimately chose Timber Tech, which looks fabulous. The detailing and craftsmanship on our deck are top-notch, making it the most professionally looking deck on our block. Additionally, our house now boasts some modern and chic colors. Our home's exterior was beautifully transformed by Kris, Tugo, and their team. They poured concrete around the house to remove vegetation, replaced fence posts that were screwed into the stucco with metal posts that were cemented in the ground, built a new fence, patched old stucco, prepped the house for elastomeric, painted the trim with impressive detail, and even painted the floors around the perimeter. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail they exhibited was outstanding, and I am overjoyed with the final outcome. Kris and his team's hard work and dedication have made our home truly stunning. We cannot thank them enough for all of their efforts.
