My home's window project was handled by Victor and his contractor. I received a competitive quote from Victor, who came to my house. The work was completed with permits, and Aleks replaced seven windows impeccably. The windows came scratch-free and were neatly installed. Aleks was very accommodating to work with, and the job finished in three days. Their usual response time is 24 hours, which is an acceptable timeframe due to their busy schedule. I am grateful for the excellent work done by Vic and Aleks.

Vic displayed exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process, delivering an outstanding performance. As a detail-oriented individual, I had specific requirements and Vic met all of them effortlessly, always doing so with a smile. Regarding comments about the permit, they are inaccurate as Vic secured a permit at an additional fee which passed inspection on the first try. The inspector praised the quality of the windows and their installation. Vic's efficiency is also noteworthy as he completed the installation in just one day, despite there being 13 windows in total. Furthermore, the windows used are of high quality, both durable and easy to operate. I am extremely pleased with the project and highly recommend Vic.
