Hello Elise, I'm glad to receive a response from you after multiple attempts to contact you regarding our concerns. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our personal emails or calls, even after leaving messages. Despite trying to meet with you in-person during regular business hours, you were never available and continuously excused your absence with claims of being on a "conference call". Upon reading other reviews, we noticed a consistent pattern of providing the same generic response to each person's complaint. Although you explained that a previous staff member was let go, it ultimately reflects on your leadership and how you handle matters within your company. You inadequately train your staff and fail to take responsibility for resolving any issues that arise. If you genuinely cared about your tenants and the management of your property, you would have responded to our concerns instead of ignoring us for months. Many others have expressed similar issues with your lack of responsiveness. Overall, we do not believe your company deserves the three stars it currently holds due to your lack of effort, professionalism, and managerial skills. Ironically, you were able to respond to our public review yet still failed to address our previous attempts to reach you. We wish you the best for your future endeavors, and hope that future tenants have a better experience than we did. Thank you for finally getting back to us.

This is highly unprofessional. Despite being approved for a place two months ago, I am still out of pocket for insurance, among other things, and have yet to receive my keys. To make matters worse, the place keeps failing inspections and the Section 8 team is not cooperating. I have been persistently attempting to reach out to you, calling a few times a week for several months now. However, when I spoke to someone two weeks ago, they told me to stop rushing them. I want to make it clear that I am not attempting to rush you, but it is worth noting that by the time I finally receive my keys, I will be in labor. Unfortunately, I do not have any help to move things and am getting bigger by the day. Despite being accepted the first week of June, I have received information that the owner is not willing to make necessary repairs at this time. Strangely enough, they are actively remodeling the unit next door.

My best friend and I underwent an interview for a potential job as a handyman and renovation crew. They extended a job offer to us at a reasonable rate after our job shadow, but unfortunately, they retracted our offers the weekend prior to our supposed start date due to a lack of work. This unfortunate turn of events may leave one of us unemployed as they had already given notice to their current employer. Based on our experience, I do not recommend applying for this position.

The process of renting was swift and uncomplicated. Without exception, every member of staff we have had contact with thus far has been exceptional!

Avoid renting from this place at all costs. It is a dreadful place to rent from. Despite being shown the property before moving in, I discovered numerous issues such as faulty doors and a filthy basement that was never cleaned. To make matters worse, the property is now being sold and I have to find a new place to stay. It is disappointing that the management has little knowledge about the properties they rent out. It is astonishing that they can respond to my complaints yet neglect fixing their properties.
