Although the OEM repair part for the dryer heating element was pricey at $180, the team provided frequent shipping updates and accommodated our schedule for the repair. They exceeded expectations by offering pre- and post-repair pictures and a one-year warranty for the work. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the high-quality repair job and exceptional service provided by this excellent company.
