Our wedding dinner celebration was made even more memorable by Giorgio's excellent catering. He arrived promptly with a fully loaded car, containing all the necessary equipment for the evening. Once he arrived, he took over the dinner preparations, leaving me free to enjoy the festivities. The food was superb and the guests were delighted to see Giorgio create fresh pasta right in our kitchen.
Organizing the event was hassle-free thanks to Giorgio. We had a phone consultation to discuss my preferences, and he sent over several menu options for me to choose from. Giorgio was simply outstanding! He was highly professional, punctual, and willing to address any inquiries we had about his cooking skills and background. He taught us how to prepare homemade pasta to complement our lobster pata, resulting in an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Giorgio is a professional. Despite a snowstorm, he arrived promptly and fully equipped to prepare a superb meal. While skillfully whipping up the pasta and dessert, he engaged us in engaging conversation - not limited to the culinary arts. To top it off, he presented a mouthwatering meal and even took care of the dishes. Time flew by as we relished the experience for a delightful five hours.
