Michael was an exceptional professional who demonstrated punctuality and all-around wonderfulness. Due to the loud noise produced by my garage opener when opened or closed, I wanted to replace it. Michael responded promptly and scheduled a visit, with open communication on his expected arrival time which he promptly kept. Upon assessment of my garage, Michael discovered that it required supporting guardrails to handle its weight, which was not a standard feature. Although this meant that he would have to return the following week, he assured me that he could replace the opener and obtain the correct guardrails to provide stability for the wooden door. Michael exceeded all expectations by going out of his way to fix and oil the guardrails, making the door much less noisy, without even charging me; a problem caused by my faulty assessment of my garage. The following week, he returned as promised, installed the new opener, and answered all my inquiries. I am thrilled with my new opener, and Michael is undoubtedly the best. I sincerely thank him and will recommend him to all my acquaintances.
