Despite our crooked 1950s home, Alex produced quality work. However, there were material delivery delays that resulted in the completion of the job three days later than planned. Communication about the delays could have been better as we had to follow up multiple times when he didn't show up on time. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend outlining the scope of work in detail before agreeing to the job. For instance, we assumed that caulking the baseboards was included, but it wasn't.
