Whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or new to yoga and don't know where to begin, I am here to assist you. My name is Bianca, and I have taught more than 2,000 hours of yoga worldwide. My objective is to promote balanced and harmonious lifestyles centered around pleasure by teaching and sharing yoga practices, personal coaching, corporate welfare, and health coaching.
My areas of expertise include pain management, posture correction, yoga and fitness for mental wellness, beginners, therapeutic yoga, functional movement, somatics, accessible yoga, home fitness, and corporate wellness.
Group classes and YouTube videos are not customized precisely to meet your needs, and there is no feedback given to correct your technique and ensure your safety. My focus is on attaining optimal alignment and exactness in performance. I will help you learn the principles needed to practice safely, effectively, and pain-free.
I'm familiar with the struggle of chronic pain from personal experience. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and yoga has proved to be an effective pain management strategy. Chronic pain affects several aspects of life, including decreased stress tolerance, focus and concentration decline, and mood fluctuations that may result in depression and other physical and mental health problems.
Yoga has changed my life and provided a haven for me in difficult times. Yoga helped me recover from narcolepsy, c-PTSD due to narcissistic abuse, disordered eating and established a healthy and loving relationship with my body.
My aim is to provide maximum benefits to individuals by spreading the practice of yoga as it was intended.
