Caution should be exercised when dealing with this company, as they have displayed poor work ethics. Their estimate does not state that their quote is only valid for 9 days, and upon inquiry from a salesperson, I was informed that the price increases by almost $1000 after this period. Other companies offer quotes that are valid for 30 days and explicitly state this on their estimates. The company justified their price increase by claiming a surge in demand for a/c units, making them difficult to obtain. However, if one is willing to pay the extra amount, they will still complete the job. I ultimately chose another company that provided a highly competitive price, and had no trouble securing an a/c unit. In summary, I strongly advise against working with this company, and find their work ethics to be unacceptable.

Although the customer service representative was polite and helpful, she mistakenly scheduled my appointment for 5pm today despite my explaining that the association needed to receive the license and insurance documents before closing in order for the technician to access the roof. Despite reminding her, the documents had not been sent by 4pm and I only found out after contacting the association and then the customer service representative. I had planned my entire day around the appointment, only for it to be wasted. Now, due to the delay, I must endure another week of sweltering heat in my condo before rescheduling. In the future, please prioritize clear and effective communication to avoid issues like this.
