The job was done well overall. Even though they had to reschedule last minute, they communicated effectively and we were not inconvenienced. The work was completed quickly, but we had to readjust most of the vents since they weren't securely reinstalled. Despite this, we rate them 4-5 stars based on their responsiveness, friendliness, competence, and satisfying end results. We would definitely recommend and hire them again.
