Eagle Plumbing responded promptly to my request for assistance with my washing machine's drainage problem, arriving just a few hours after my initial contact. The issue had arisen because the builders failed to create a necessary hole in the wall for water drainage when they installed the washer/dryer in my new home a month previously. With a backlog of laundry to tackle, I needed a speedy resolution, and that's exactly what Eagle Plumbing provided.

Working with Robert of Eagle Plumbing was an excellent experience. I had an outdoor faucet that was constantly leaking, and Robert quickly identified the problem and what needed to be done. Because the faucet was quite old, it needed to be completely replaced, and the job required going under the crawlspace of my condo. Although Robert had another appointment, he kept me updated throughout and assured me that he would be able to fix it the same day. True to his word, Robert returned shortly, and swiftly installed the new faucet, while explaining the process and what needed to be done for everything to dry properly. He even offered to move the faucet higher, but I declined, and he went above and beyond to reassure me that the constant leak had not damaged the foundation of my condo. Robert is a consummate professional and a personable individual, and his work is outstanding. I can't help but admire my now non-leaking faucet every time I leave the house.
