The installers completed their job excellently, but there was a discrepancy with the unit brand. The owner claimed it was a Haier, but the installers fitted a different brand. When I queried this, they informed me that the installed brand manufactures compressors for various companies, including Haier. However, I wasn't satisfied with this explanation as the compressor is noisier than the Haier unit installed beside mine, which is silent. Furthermore, I paid additional fees for a permit that was never obtained. Despite these setbacks, I have awarded the installers four stars because of their high-quality work, professional attitude, and cleanliness.
