Our company exclusively utilizes only the highest-quality asphalt shingles, including architectural and 3 tab varieties. At our company, we treat each project as if it were for our own personal residence, striving to ensure all of our clients are satisfied. We offer 6" seamless gutters in a range of color options, such as white, black, green, and bronze. As for repairs, we charge a $50 fee to locate the source of a leak. However, if we are hired to complete the repair, this fee is waived.

I am delighted with the work carried out by Fernando Ramirez on my roof. The two upstairs rooms felt pleasantly cool immediately after the replacement was done. I will need to see how the roof holds up in rainy and cool weather. The heat that used to be trapped is no longer an issue thanks to the installation of a roof ridge vent. Old vents were also changed, painted, and satellite dishes were removed.
What stood out to me the most, besides the job being completed in just two days, was his professionalism and thoroughness. He arrived prepared with shingle samples to show me the different options available in terms of feel, color, thickness, and cost, after taking a few measurements. He was also very understanding regarding payment, considering the daily limits of Zelle. He promptly confirmed and kept an accurate ledger of payments received.
Fernando kept me informed with pictures of the work progress on a daily basis, from the old roof removal to the new installation. I am grateful for his hard work, and I am pleased with the result; my home now has a new roof.
