Tom was the perfect candidate to locate a piano enthusiast, scoring 5⭐️ for his efficiency and timeliness. Despite only two individuals being present for the job, compared to the three who were present two years ago, Tom and his team worked with such quickness that the job was completed in the blink of an eye. Their conduct was highly professional, and they offered insightful recommendations concerning piano staging once everything was set up. Overall, I am satisfied with their work, except for the fact that the pedal didn't function properly after the setup. However, I plan to have Tom fix it during his upcoming tuning visit ☺️.

Durante's Music tech, Nathan Benjamin, arrived on time and spent approximately 3 hours tuning our piano to perfection, delivering an excellent job.

The piano has been skillfully tuned, however, the "other" component of my piano (the audio amplifier/output) still requires attention.

He was extremely professional in his approach, providing a detailed explanation of the tunings. He answered all my queries during the process, which made it an enjoyable experience. The piano concert was an added bonus after he concluded the tuning, which I appreciated. I will surely call him back for a tune-up in a year!

Tom's diligent tuning has made my 45-year-old Wurlitzer Spinet piano sound grander than ever before! To top it off, I attended a Beethoven concert that was so beautiful, it brought tears to my eyes!
