Their performance was satisfactory, but they neglected my priorities. Even when they did attend to them, the quality of their cleaning was subpar. Their work was shoddy as they failed to clean each blind properly and ignored my request to clean the window tracks. They also neglected to wash the fans, missed many doorways, and if they did clean the bathrooms, they didn't even bother to sweep the floors. Since their departure, I have had to re-clean the entire place, rendering the $300 I spent on their services a complete waste. It appears that no one possesses adequate knowledge about deep cleaning. There is more to add, but I have had enough. I will not employ their services again.
