We contacted Duncan because our refrigerator was malfunctioning and the water dispenser was not working. He provided us with an estimate for the required repairs which we accepted and he ordered the parts. We were informed that it would take 3-5 days for the parts to arrive and that someone would come to complete the installation. Within 3 days, the parts arrived and a technician arrived to install them. Furthermore, a representative contacted us in the following days to confirm that everything was functioning properly. Their service was exceptional.

I was informed when the technician was "on his way" and given the ability to track his truck. He was highly skilled in addressing my issue which he resolved within a span of 10-15 minutes. Additionally, he thoroughly inspected my appliance for any other potential problems. Furthermore, he was very amiable and I received my e-recipe in just 5 minutes. I will certainly rely on Duncan Home Services for any future needs.

Although it disappoints me, I acknowledge that the service is not to blame for the delay in obtaining the necessary parts for the repair, which may now take 8-10 weeks. I appreciate that they are making every effort to source the items as soon as possible.
