Hi, I'm Aline Mercado, a Brazilian currently residing in Dallas, Texas. I'm a NASM-certified personal training and nutrition coach, a Jiujitsu martial artist with numerous victories in the PanAmerican, National, and World championships, and I have a strong passion for wellness and empowering my clients to achieve their best selves. Through my holistic approach, I take into account my clients' individual needs and limitations, helping them with not only strength and conditioning but also injury recovery, nutrition, and alternative therapies. It's not uncommon for my clients to experience noticeable improvements and see positive results within their first week of training with me.

After trying out a number of trainers, I ultimately chose Aline and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. Unlike the others, Aline truly delves into the science of fitness and explains everything in a clear, concise manner. Thanks to her, I've learned valuable posture modifications that have effectively reduced my lower back pain (something that plagued me with other trainers) and honed in on particular areas during my workouts. I'm ecstatic to report that, within just a month, I've managed to lose 15 pounds while simultaneously sculpting my rear end.
