I had a wonderful experience with my two movers, Marko and Alex, who were assigned to Truck 064. They were efficient and cautious with my belongings as they worked quickly. As a single female, I was unable to move my bed frame, mattress, dresser, rugs, 30+ boxes, and storage bins on my own. Despite initially requesting a two-hour time frame between 2pm-5pm, they arrived early at 1:30 pm and even called ahead to confirm it was acceptable. I appreciated their thoughtfulness. The entire process was easy and stress-free, and they managed to finish everything within two hours. I highly recommend them to my loved ones.

Dumbo Moving deserves my utmost gratitude. Even though I had to leave a week before my move, Dumbo willingly packed all my belongings which other moving companies refused to do because they weren't boxed. Their professionalism and punctuality impressed me, and they did a superb job, leaving no trace of their presence. I couldn't have done it better myself. I highly recommend Dumbo Moving, and I'll certainly use them again for my future moves.

The overall experience was excellent. Although the price was unbeatable, the movers were very particular about the list of items provided for the quotation. They only accepted a few additional items if there was a discrepancy in the guestimate. I found this to be reasonable considering the affordability of their service. Additionally, they were not charging per hour but for the whole job, which was a plus. I strongly recommend their services without any reservations. There were no issues whatsoever.

The moving crew arrived ahead of schedule and transported all items with great caution. The customer service team was highly attentive and beneficial. Their pricing was significantly lower than the alternative company I experimented with. I would undoubtedly employ their services again.
