Description:

Europe-born Deannah Strashnikova began her Dancesport journey at the age of six, competing just a few years later. She boasts titles as a Standard and Latin Champion and has reached the Finalist level in several European Ballroom events. Graduating from Bulgaria's National Sports Academy as a Dancesport coach, Deannah moved to the United States in 2008 and became a certified instructor of four styles: International Latin and Standard, American Smooth, and Rythym. She has worked extensively as an instructor and Dance Director at Booth Dancesport Ballroom. As an American Rhythm and Smooth Professional dancer, Deannah has continued to impress as a Finalist in numerous American competitions. Her true passion, however, lies in sharing her extensive knowledge with others and introducing them to the wonderful world of dance.

Deannah is an exceptional teacher who tailors her lessons to our interests, such as teaching us a father-daughter wedding dance.
