The service provided by Dryer Vent Wizard was exceptionally professional. Ray, the technician, arrived punctually and presented himself respectfully in his clean uniform. He promptly began his work by inspecting the dryer, duct located behind the dryer, and the duct beneath our house. Ray presented me with an estimate for the necessary work and proceeded to carry out his duties with diligence. Our dryer ducts were found to be excessively dirty, and the haphazardly strung duct under the house was made of the wrong material. Ray suggested alternative materials and methods to rectify the issues. He concluded his work within the predicted time frame, ensuring that his working area was tidy afterward. Since the work's completion, my wife has used the dryer with significantly reduced drying times for our clothes and towels. Upon entering our premises, Ray demonstrated his professionalism, which was sustained throughout his visit.
