Tim K, our Dryer Vent Wizard Technician, showed up promptly at our doorstep, even arriving 10 minutes early. He greeted us warmly before listening carefully to the reason for our call (a musty smell when the dryer is in use), swiftly launching into a diagnostic exam. Tim took the time to clarify his plan of action before executing it. Once he was finished, he shared what he had done outside, before guiding us back inside the house to demonstrate how we could clean the lint trap and rubber gasket around the dryer window. He even taught us a little about fabric softener and suggested ways we could use it more efficiently. We were highly satisfied with Tim's expertise, and we're sure that we've managed to extend the life of our 20-year old dryer by a few additional years. Having browsed through potential options for a new dryer online, we were dismayed to find that deliveries are delayed until August. Moreover, the cheapest models are beyond our economic reach at the moment. To circumvent this issue, we've decided to schedule an annual check-up with the Dryer Vent Wizard of Delaware to ensure that our old dryer continues to function effectively.
