Dryer Vent Wizard of Chester and Delaware Counties

This project was superbly coordinated by Mary. I am thankful to Jack and Jon for their exceptional work, which was done quickly and efficiently.

Working with Tim was an excellent experience. He communicated everything clearly, maintaining a professional demeanor and demonstrating impressive attention to detail. Moreover, he even managed to leave my laundry area in better shape than he found it. It's comforting to know that my vent is in good condition. Looking forward to seeing him again in a couple of years!

Before his arrival, Technician Tim Killian gave a call to inform that he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was fine, to which it was. He arrived promptly as he had predicted and began working immediately. He meticulously cleaned all sections of the dryer vent, even through the extensive pipe that spans 38 feet from the upstairs dryer, through the basement, and beneath the outdoor back deck. Tim provided a comprehensive explanation of his plan for the visit and managed to complete the task in around 90 minutes.

Upon arrival, the knowledgeable and professional technician Jack assessed the difficult task at hand. The vent situation had been a cause for concern as it posed a potential fire hazard. Thanks to Jack's expertise, the vent was cleared, and adjustments were made to ensure proper system functioning. As a result, the dryer is now working seamlessly, and the fire hazard issue has been resolved!

The person who repaired my vent was extremely polite, considerate, and sincerely benevolent! In present times, finding someone who delivers exceptional customer service is rare!
