I was contacted promptly by Mike, the owner, and he arranged for a barn door installation on the same day. Due to the age of my place, finding the studs proved to be challenging, resulting in a longer installation than anticipated. However, the work done was satisfactory, and I was satisfied with the outcome.

They should improve their communication and accountability to effectively run their business. It's unjust for customers to face inconvenience due to equipment borrowed by others. Additionally, punctuality is important. If a meeting is scheduled for 8am, informing at 8:30am that you'll arrive in 5 minutes and eventually showing up at 8:37am is not an appropriate behavior.

My new curtains and curtain rod were installed by Shawn and he did an amazing job. The task was accomplished rapidly and effectively. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Dry Green Helpers, who ensured my satisfaction even for a small job like this. I intend to utilize their services for upcoming projects without a doubt!

Upon arrival, two men came to perform the designated tasks while I was away from home. My wife was present during the working hours, and I must say that they were prompt and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The job entailed affixing a toe kick to the kitchen cabinets, as well as installing three cabinet pulls and hanging a coat rack. Unfortunately, due to a heat vent, there remained a section of the toe kick left uncovered. It is uncertain whether this was due to running out of material or oversight. Personally, I would have made sure to cover it. Additionally, the handle they installed under the cooktop drawer is not parallel with the other handles nor the cabinet itself. While the work performed was not the worst, it was not exemplary either.

Dry Green Helpers responded to my project request on the same day. The following day, they visited to assess the tasks involved, which were to install new air vents, mount my stairwell banister (missing screws), and add a stairnose to the top step (not available at the time). Despite the project's small size, Dry Green Helpers undertook it and delivered quality work. Their responsiveness and the final output left me content.
