The carpet cleaning service was excellent - my carpet looked fantastic! However, my house cleaning appointment had to be cancelled due to the cleaners being unable to arrive on time. Unfortunately, I had to wait for almost three hours. Given that it was close to Thanksgiving, it's possible they were overwhelmed with business. Despite this inconvenience, I received my promised refund and found the service to be both professional and reasonably priced. I have updated my review accordingly.
