I am fortunate to have saved Dr. Tech's phone number as he is my trusted resource. After struggling for six hours with Century Link to install my upgraded modem, I was unsuccessful. Despite my efforts to connect my old modem, tech support confirmed that it was not possible to use it. This left me feeling baffled. However, Dr. Tech suggested we use my previous modem as he believed it was better. I now have a stack of Dr. Tech's business cards to share with my clients. He is my hero!
