With 50 years in the trades and as the owner of Noble General Contracting LLC, I found myself in need of a design for a substantial retaining wall project. Throughout my career, I have worked with various professionals like structural and civil engineers, attorneys, among others, who seemed to hold me over a barrel. They would agree to take on a project, but after two weeks, I had to call to follow up on progress, with excuses such as "we're working on it."
