Drake proved reliable for both the estimate and the job, efficiently installing two new outlets. One outlet was designated for an under-the-counter fridge and cabinet-charging shelf, while the other provided a charging station in the foyer with wiring concealed behind a shoe stand. Prior to Drake's arrival, the lamp post was functional, but after he left it was not. Drake, who is known for his punctuality, had used screws that required a Phillips head screwdriver, making it impractical to replace the bulb in the future. The previous evening, at 11:52 PM, when we attempted to turn on the light, we discovered it wasn't working. We decided to leave a message on Drake's business line, which we later discovered was actually his cell phone. Shortly afterward, Drake was contacted and responded promptly to the issue. The next morning, he determined that the bulb was not tightened enough and there was some corrosion in the lamp fixture that he had not noticed the previous day. However, he quickly resolved the issue and we have not had any further problems with the lamp post since. We were grateful for Drake's professionalism and excellent service, which included installing the proper screws for the lamp at no additional cost. Thank you, Drake.
