Our garbage disposal malfunctioned the day before Valentine's Day, causing a major blockage in our sink. Thankfully, Gabe efficiently replaced the disposal, finishing the task in less than an hour without any unexpected fees. As no one had responded to my request for a tentative time, I was delighted to receive a call just 25 minutes before Gabe's arrival. Many thanks to him for rescuing our Valentine's Day dinner, which I believed would be replaced by a fast-food meal from McDonald's.
