Dr. Mijung Lee's Piano Studio

With 6 years of teaching experience at the Manhattan School of Music (MSM), my expertise as an educator extends to cultivating relationships with students from diverse backgrounds and various aptitudes. Possessing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from the same institution, my CV highlights extensive teachng of college-level courses at graduate and undergraduate levels, both in private and classroom settings, catering to both piano majors and non-piano majors. My objective during lessons is to develop students into unique artists with their own voice, and to accomplish this, I focus on cultivating their musicianship on a sturdy foundation while guiding them on artistic interpretation and technical mastery.

Collaborating with Steinway & Sons has enabled me to offer my students an opportunity to perform exclusively at Steinway Hall in New York City, a privilege available to affiliated teachers and artists. I'm pleased to welcome individuals of all ages and levels who are passionate about learning the piano to my studio.
