Jesus has done a fantastic job, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. He arrived promptly and even a little early for his appointment. He gave his full attention to cleaning my home's air ducts and was exceptionally organized and thorough, illustrating every step along the way. The policy of taking pictures before and after was an intelligent move since most of us cannot see the issue or the final result. It was incredibly satisfying to witness the air ducts gleaming in the after images. Jesus kept his word and forwarded the images as he'd promised. However, I have a couple of minor concerns for anyone interested in hiring Dr. HVAC. Firstly, ensure you have an accurate count of your vents before requesting an estimate and verify that the quoted price is appropriate for the work. Since I had more than ten vents, I was quoted $190 but ultimately paid $240. It was not an enjoyable surprise. Second, the organization only accepts cash or checks. While it was not a concern for me, it may be for someone else, and they should mention it upfront. Overall, it was a terrific experience, and I couldn't be happier with Jesus's work. I would gladly use them again.
