After confirming the problem, he informed us that the coil needed to de-ice and would take approximately 4 to 5 hours to resolve. Unfortunately, maintenance couldn't be performed until the following day, but David advised us on what to do in case his company couldn't attend and we needed to call another. Fortunately, the call center was able to schedule David to return the next day, and he had the unit up and running with cool air in just an hour. On Wednesday morning when I arrived home after my trip, I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the house. So, I contacted DP through CrackerJack, and he responded promptly. He scheduled an appointment for that afternoon to check my air conditioning unit. After identifying the problem, he notified me of the expenses and repaired my air within a short span of 1-2 hours. I am extremely content with his services and would suggest him to anyone who requires air conditioning maintenance or repairs.

At 3:45am, when it was 32 degrees outside and we had no heat, David promptly replied to my message. He provided us with an estimated arrival time, which he was able to meet. David excelled beyond just fixing the problem; he also educated us on what had happened and how to maintain the system properly.
