After repeatedly taking my computer to a chain repair store without any success, I decided to contact DotSight Solutions. Imran responded promptly, which was greatly appreciated since I needed a functioning computer for my new WFH job. Unfortunately, my computer was plagued with a multitude of issues, so Imran was upfront about the time needed to fix it. He patiently walked me through his process and helped me understand my computer better. Instead of rushing to complete the job, he provided me with a loaner computer to use in the meantime. When the repair was complete, he exceeded my expectations by finishing ahead of schedule. DotSight Solutions also offers pickup and delivery services, making distance a non-issue. Imran was open and truthful about the repair process and provided me with the optimal solution for my computer. Initially, I was considering disposing of my iMac as Best Buy diagnosed it with a faulty motherboard. However, Imran reassessed the issue and successfully resolved the problem.
