The entire experience was truly amazing, from beginning to end. The communication was exceptionally good. They collected the door from Home Depot and arrived on time as planned. They even made modifications to fit the space while installing the barn door. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work.

We were thoroughly impressed by Gil's professionalism and honesty. When we approached him about a potential leak from our doors, he took the time to assess the situation and informed us that it wasn't the doors causing the issue (even though he could have given us false information to gain profit). Additionally, he provided helpful suggestions and recommendations for changing out our locks. As a result, we have decided to employ his company for all of our door, window, and lock needs in the future. A+++ service, indeed!

Within a few hours of my request, they promptly responded. They suggested that the issue with the door lock not catching was a simple fix and were able to resolve it within three minutes. Additionally, they left a business card and encouraged me to reach out if I required further assistance or if anyone I knew needed work done.

Gil displayed great professionalism and kindness while fixing our door lock. He not only repaired the problem during his visit, but also explained to us patiently why the lock had malfunctioned and provided us with suggestions on how to handle similar issues in the future.
