Starting in mid-January, when temperatures were often in the single digits and freezing, a two-person crew took on the work. Soon, neighbors were curious and asked questions like, "Who are these guys working every day in such frigid temperatures?" Despite the challenges, they progressed steadily throughout the project. Foreman Kevin provided daily updates about their progress and any discoveries they made, such as rotted wood or animal nests. Brian, the owner, also kept in touch via email with progress reports and next steps. However, due to winter in New England, the project took longer than planned, with 9 measurable snowfalls in just 18 days at one point. Nonetheless, the MacLeans are thrilled with the completed job and plan to call Thistle Construction for their next project, interior remodeling in January.
