Dom's Workshop

I was grateful for the prompt response to my inquiry through email and phone regarding an issue that my present contractor was hesitant to deal with. Following the conversation, my contractor ultimately decided to take on the task. When I notified "Dom" that his assistance was no longer necessary, he kindly provided my contractor with detailed instructions on how to address the problem. I am pleased to report that the issue was successfully resolved to my liking.

This individual is extremely unreliable, constantly making excuses and flaking out. Despite being the one responsible for managing the schedule, they repeatedly failed to show up for meetings and appointments. They repeatedly suggested meeting times, only to cancel at the last minute and reschedule for the following day, dragging the process out from Tuesday through Saturday. This small project could have been rescheduled 20 times in the time it's taken to deal with this person's excuses. As a result of their behavior, we have lost a potential customer for future remodeling work, even though they had excellent credit and could afford a new kitchen.

Despite receiving two other offers shortly after requesting a quote from Dom, I had already decided to go with one of them before he responded. Nonetheless, Dom generously provided valuable feedback on the market value and durability of the options I was considering for my masonry project, which was incredibly helpful since I had never had this type of work done before. He even offered to be available for me to call during the project if I noticed anything amiss. Recently, during a rainy day when my masons were laying brick, I came across information suggesting that this weakened mortar. Although the lead mason denied this, I had doubts about his honesty since he seemed focused on meeting a tight schedule. I called Dom, who kindly took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions without any expectation of gain. His assurance that the rain would not cause any problems was reassuring, and confirmed that he is a kind and trustworthy professional who goes out of his way to help others. These are exactly the qualities I look for when selecting someone to work on my home.

The panel installation around my dishwasher was completed with excellence by Dom and his team. Their responsiveness and courteous demeanor were noteworthy, and the cost was reasonable. They completed the project within a day's time, and I would not hesitate to enlist their services again.

Our cabinets, which had displaced hinges, were quickly reinstalled by Dom and his team who exhibited high efficiency. We would gladly collaborate with them again.
