I am thrilled with the completion of part 1 of my 2 part crawlspace encapsulation project by Thomas at Dogwood Crawlspace. He worked collaboratively with me to develop a plan within my budget that did not skimp on quality (except for the corners, which were expertly fitted). Throughout the estimate and project, Thomas was always happy to answer any questions I had and was a pleasure to work with. He diligently taped all the seams, sealed all foundation penetrations, smoothed out rough spots, and went above and beyond to ensure that the crawlspace was sealed, allowing the dehumidifier to perform optimally. Upon completion, he provided a walkthrough to showcase his work and address any final inquiries I had. Choosing Dogwood was a great decision, and I am excited to work with them again this spring for part two of the project.
