The experience we had with Wendy Brookhyser and her team was fantastic. We brought our almost 4-year-old dog to her facility as he had issues with aggression towards other dogs and was challenging to walk on a leash. Dog trainers had worked with us at our home earlier but to no avail. A friend recommended Wendy, and we decided to give her a chance as it was our last resort before considering giving him up for adoption. Chuck, our sweet Aussie, did remarkably well with Wendy and her staff. When we picked him up, the whole family was thrilled with how well he obeyed us and walked calmly on a leash. Our kids were now able to walk him without any parental help, unlike earlier when he would dash after other dogs or people on bikes. Initially, we had concerns about sending our dog away, fearing that he might come back broken-spirited or wounded. However, Chuck came back to us with the same fun-loving spirit he had before. We were delighted with the facility's approach, which not only trains the dog but also trains the family. We had to watch an instructive training video at least eight times before Chuck's homecoming. The video was helpful in teaching us the commands that Chuck learned at the facility, and we still watch it once a week to brush up our skills. The facility also offers Friday Train Day, where they pick up your dog and keep him for the day, providing more consistency in the dog's training. Chuck is always excited every Friday when he sees Wendy or a staff member. We would highly recommend Wendy and her team to our friends who might need help with dog obedience. They also offer boarding services, and we are grateful for the fantastic experience we had at Wendy's facility. If needed, we will surely count on her team's assistance in the future.

With 3 large bully breed dogs, including a doberman, pitbull, and an American bulldog, Wendy and Steve saved my life. Despite my previous attempts with various training sessions, trainers, shock collars, and correction equipment, nothing worked. Their excessive barking resulted in being kicked out of our home, and their rough play led to marks on each other and the potential for fights. The doberman's aggressiveness towards other dogs and children also presented challenges. Boot camps were quoted at 2k or more per dog, which was unaffordable. I almost gave up until Wendy and Steve appeared like angels. Their rate was reasonable, and their extensive experience and love for dogs proved invaluable. Their methods worked, and with continued practice and use of DVDs provided, the dogs' behavior improved. Now, we are a happy family, and my boys have become different dogs. Wendy and Steve are the best, and I recommend them highly. Thank you, friends, for life!

Wendy performed exceptionally well in training my dog Buddy. Buddy was afflicted with severe separation anxiety that hampered our ability to leave the house. Fortunately, we opted to board him and Wendy's training did wonders for his confidence - his separation anxiety is now a thing of the past! To my surprise, even some negative behaviors that I was unaware Buddy exhibited have also been corrected. Consistent with Wendy's approach, home follow-up is key in maintaining the desired outcome. We have diligently followed her recommendations and are extremely satisfied. I confidently endorse Wendy without hesitation!
