The Frigid aire ice maker repair was carried out by Doctor Maintenance. The repairman was exceptionally professional and polite and arrived on time, as scheduled, on a Friday. He provided an explanation of the necessary repairs and quoted me the price before commencing work. Following this, the required replacement part was ordered and he came back on the agreed day, which was the following Monday, to complete the installation. The repairman informed me of what to expect, including a follow-up process if the ice maker remained non-functional, the company's warranty policy, and any further actions required from me or the company. As promised, the ice maker started working precisely 24 hours later without any additional input from me. Thumback and Doctor Maintenance are appliance repair companies that I would recommend.

Due to a malfunction, my fridge/freezer ceased cooling and was circulating warm air. Sadly, all of the food I had stored inside went bad and had to be discarded. I reached out to Doctor Maintenance, and they arranged for a technician to come out promptly the next day. The technician determined that my appliance needed more refrigerant, which was promptly replaced. In order to ensure that the fridge would function properly, I waited 5-6 hrs before placing food and beverages inside. By the following morning, I felt confident enough to stock up on groceries and place items in the freezer. The repair only cost me $150, an investment that was well worth it. I had initially feared that I would need to purchase a new fridge/freezer.

The technician was both polite and efficient, managing to squeeze me into his busy schedule during the holiday week.
