I have 10 years of experience as an Athletic Development Coach, with a combined 15+ years as a tactical athlete in law enforcement and the military, and an additional 19+ years in healthcare, fitness, and sports coaching. My belief is that everyone is an athlete, and I specialize in developing athletes through various stages of life by assessing their spiritual, physical, physiological, psychological, and functional needs. Programs are then created based on these assessments to achieve desired goals. By addressing mental, physical, and spiritual performance, I can help prevent and even reverse chronic disease processes, enabling prolonged athletic careers and higher levels of performance.
My motivation comes from my family's history of financial struggles, debilitating diseases, and personal injuries, such as my own fractured L-4 vertebrae during high school football. Our issues were promptly and comprehensively dealt with by the engineer. To assist us with the contractor who was assigned to do the job, he sent us an email with photos and guidelines for the subsequent steps. Additionally, he provided us with a list of three contractors as per our request. This was extremely useful. I would not hesitate to collaborate with Engineering Capital again if necessary.

My experience with Engineering Capital was exceptional. I had an issue with a load bearing beam that had been improperly cut and needed immediate assistance from a structural engineer. Despite reaching out on a Saturday, two experts promptly arrived the following day to evaluate the situation. They were professional, punctual, and suggested that they could draft a plan to fix the issue within a few days.
Much to my satisfaction, the plans arrived within a matter of hours on the same Sunday. Their service fee was also affordable. I cannot express how pleased I am with their service.
