Bob was amazing. As a first-time home buyer, the stress of buying a house was overwhelming. However, Bob's inspection and easy-to-understand report helped alleviate some of that stress. Prior to the inspection, Bob was responsive and punctual, arriving 15 minutes early despite having to travel 80 miles to the property. During the inspection, Bob was extremely thorough, taking his time to inspect both the interior and exterior of the property. He patiently explained any issues that arose, while also highlighting positive aspects of the property. Following the inspection, Bob compiled a report that was clear and concise, with each issue accompanied by a photo. I had taken notes during the inspection, but found them unnecessary thanks to the comprehensiveness of Bob's report. One of the items that was unavailable for inspection was the A/C compressor, but Bob offered to return and assess it once it was installed. Overall, Bob's expertise and professionalism made the home-buying process much less daunting. Thanks again, Bob!
