When arranging for our airport transfer, we specifically required a car seat for our toddler. In the past, other car services had failed to provide one, despite repeated requests through the booking process and over the phone. This caused us a great deal of stress and inconvenience. However, our experience with this company was completely different. From the outset, the pricing was reasonable and the communication was excellent. The driver met us at baggage claim and was a very pleasant gentleman. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this company. Our large group arrived in Miami and had previously communicated with Vlad. He arranged for a fabulous driver named Robert to accompany us for 5 hours one day and 10 hours another day.
