After my input wiring to the heat pump heater kit became overheated and burned out, I turned to CrackerJack for help. Within minutes, Alexander reached out to me and we discussed the issue at hand. I was impressed by his knowledge and competence, and appreciated that he did not try to sell me unnecessary items. We agreed to replace the damaged breakers and wires before checking the current draw to ensure everything was working properly. Although it would take a few days for the breakers to arrive, I asked Alexander if he could change the entire kit given my uncertainty about the heater package's condition. He was able to order it, and even worked the same day to install the new package with the help of his assistant. After testing the system and assessing the current draw, everything proved to be in order and we now have heat again. I am thoroughly satisfied with Alexander's work, and would highly recommend him for HVAC services. Not only are his prices reasonable, but he avoids any attempts to sell unnecessary items.
