My back gate was not unlocking due to sagging, but Dina did an excellent job repairing it. Now I can use it without any problems. In addition to fixing it, he also painted the whole thing which was beyond my expectations.

My residence, which is a historic Craftsman, is located in West Adams. Unfortunately, the antique lattice work that formerly covered my foundation vent had become dilapidated. Dima skillfully constructed a new lattice and subsequently secured it with fresh molding around the vent. It appeared as if it had just been installed after he matched the paint color precisely. His woodworking abilities are truly admirable. Additionally, Dima observed that some of my wooden siding shingles were dislodged or absent and graciously offered to remedy the situation. When I require assistance in the future, I will undoubtedly contact him again.
