I received a prompt response from Derek regarding my request to regrout, and the day after, he finished the task expeditiously. He arrived on schedule and executed the work exceptionally well. The grout on both the bathroom and shower floor appears brand new. As I reside out of town and this is a rental, our communication was solely through phone and text. We strongly recommend Derric for his outstanding workmanship. He successfully repaired and sealed a crack in our stand-up shower and re-grouted and colorized the entire bathroom floor. Additionally, he re-grouted the ceramic tile in our other bathroom and thoroughly caulked all areas. Thanks to his exceptional skills, both bathrooms now look as good as new.
