I was initially hesitant to allow Frank, a stranger from the Internet, to take my elderly Mom on a two hour journey across Massachusetts. However, I reasoned that it was no different from using a taxi or Uber. To my relief, Frank proved to be a consummate professional who responded promptly, exuded honesty, and was affable.
