Our project is being skillfully managed by Anthony, who is adept at organizing materials and coordinating subcontractors. However, supply chain challenges sparked by the IAN storm have resulted in overworked subcontractors and chain delays, thereby impeding progress.

I would definitely choose Anthony from IPA for my projects repeatedly. He is very flexible with my constantly changing requirements and schedule, responding promptly to my messages, arriving promptly as promised, and delivering exceptional work at a much lower price than the industry standard. The benefits seem to be endless.

I am hesitant to hire this contractor, Anthony Vilchaez of IPA Construction, after my experience with him. Mr. Vilchaez personally visited my home twice to assess the project, which involved refacing my kitchen cabinets and installing granite countertops. I accepted his bid on August 24, 2017, and we agreed on a start date of September 4, 2017. However, due to Hurricane Irma hitting on September 9 and 10, the project was understandably delayed. My issue with IPA Construction and Anthony is that despite leaving more than 20 voicemails, emails, and texts for both the office and cell phone, I never received a call or message in response. Even a simple courtesy call to explain that he was too busy or not interested in the job would have been appreciated. I even asked if there was an issue with the bid, but still received no reply. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. As a result, I cannot recommend this contractor for any work. While I have no knowledge of the quality of their work, the way I was treated and the lack of communication is an indication of poor business practices. I had hoped to hire a professional for my project, but unfortunately, Mr. Vilchaez and IPA Construction did not meet my expectations.
