While we were constructing our new office in Pine Brook, NJ, I was unexpectedly approached to have "my guys" install my voice and data cables while the walls were open. I assumed it was included in the build out, but apparently not. Nevertheless, I contacted Rob who immediately took on the job. He elaborated on what could and should be installed, gave me a reasonable price, and had his team finish the job in a few days. The outcome was excellent, and even the contractors were impressed with their quality.
After further discussion, I learned that Rob could also set up my Optimum and VOIP telephone service. The rates were identical or better, and I wouldn't have to deal with vendors as much. As a result, it's an easy decision to expand my relationship with Rob and let him handle those aspects of my business as well.
By and large, I am extremely satisfied with Rob and the Distinctive Voice and Data team. I will have them back for more work shortly, and I have no qualms about recommending them to others. Thanks for everything, Rob!
