I am definitely rehiring my Capet cleaning company. The response was prompt, and I managed to book an appointment within a week. The cleaner pre-treated the pet stains, shampooed the rug, applied scotchguard, and even provided me with a bottle to handle any spots. I must say, he's phenomenal! The arrival was prompt and the process was thoroughly explained, resulting in my area rugs looking like they're brand new! I admire the use of clean, citrus-scented products that are chemical-free. Furthermore, the application of a protective coating offered after cleaning ensures that dirt will not penetrate the fibers of my rugs, making them easier to vacuum in the long run. Brian's efficient work didn't compromise quality, and he completed the job of cleaning my 6x9 and 8x10 area rugs in less than an hour. I already have plans to ask Dirtbusters to clean my carpets! Although I regret not taking any "before" photos, here are some snaps of my rejuvenated rugs!
