I am an adaptable trainer who tailors workouts to meet clients' objectives while making them challenging and enjoyable.
What motivates me is the rapport I have with my clients and witnessing them exceed their perceived abilities. Every session and day is unique, which I find stimulating. I can be at a park, someone's basement, or the basketball court running drills or performing plyometric exercises.
