Wow! What an absolutely amazing evening with Chef! I honestly can't even begin to describe how fantastic everything was. The meal he prepared was absolutely out of this world! I also have to give huge props to Chef himself - he's seriously such a great guy. Our son is really into cooking and he was able to watch Chef in action, asking all sorts of questions along the way. And, he absolutely devoured the first three courses, only starting to get full by the end! Chef stayed longer than we expected and we loved just chatting with him. The food was truly next-level, and even looking at our photos now I can still taste every dish. As a bonus, he even left us with all of the extra food and ingredients!

Chef James and his team exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with their services. Despite planning the wedding from afar, Chef James made it stress-free by asking about our preferences, the venue, and relevant details. His menu choices were ideal, and both the hors d'oeuvres and entrees were uniquely delicious. The food quality was excellent and met the high expectations of both us and our guests. Chef James came well-prepared for the outdoor wedding with a refrigerated truck, grills, and other necessary equipment. His staff paid close attention to every detail and provided excellent service. We highly recommend Dinners with Class, LLC, and are only sad that we don't have photos to showcase the beautiful and well-presented food.

I had never hired a personal chef before, but Chef James made the experience easier by asking us about our food preferences. He curated a menu that catered to our tastes and impressed all of our guests with his delicious cuisine.

Last Saturday, Chef James and his sous chef/server catered my mom's 80th birthday in our family's residence. Their exceptional service left us highly satisfied. Chef James efficiently managed the entire process, and the overall cost was reasonable. Furthermore, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the clean-up was impressively done. We will undoubtedly seek their services again and wholeheartedly recommend Chef James.

Despite lacking any referral, we opted to take a chance on Chef James for our initial gathering of 8 people with a personal chef. Undoubtedly, the outcome went beyond our anticipations!!!
